Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The item is in the original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
To start a return, contact us at info@gruffgrip with your order number and reason for return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:

Used or damaged items

Custom or personalized products

Sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If the return is approved (e.g., for damaged or wrong items), we’ll provide instructions and cover the return postage cost.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or item and want to exchange it, please email us at info@gruffgrip.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge. We only ask that you organise the shipping of the product you are returning (see Return Shipping above)
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damage or incorrect item

Your order number
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
